The accommodations offered an exceptional workspace environment. The dental hygienist demonstrated exceptional helpfulness and a pleasant demeanor. The dentist, in particular, was highly impressive for providing comprehensive information that will enhance the overall results of my dental treatment.

Very friendly! I had a great first visit here. Very thorough and professional. The office itself is well-lit and has television screens to pass the time. Daisy was extremely kind and helped keep me company when the doctor was held up. They also clearly explained what I would potentially see and hear so that I wouldn't be caught off guard. I really appreciated that attention and acknowledgement. I have been in many other offices where I simply wait without knowing what to expect and the providers only discuss procedural topics, never really getting to know you. Really appreciated the "bedside" manner of the staff!

Awesome visit. The staff is always professional and polite, and it’s always a super positive experience. Lauren was my hygienist today and she was fantastic. She was super nice, professional, and thorough.

Nemo was outstanding. She was very knowledgeable and gentle with my child. She made him feel comfortable and explained to him the importance of flossing . The front desk also help me with finding an earlier appointment and making sure I was out within a timely manner. They both was great from beginning to end!

Dr. Win was very polite and professional. He made it a safe space to share my dental anxiety and walked me through and explained everything. The assistant, Jasmine, was also very kind and we had great conversation while she sat everything up for the Dr. they made it a welcoming space

They explained everything in a way I could understand and made me feel truly cared for. I’m so grateful for how they treated me.

The information shared was informative and I felt as though I was given agency to care for my dental health. The hygienist was very patient in teaching me where i could improve in technique. The dentist was informative and did not make decisions without checking with me first regarding what I was comfortable with.

I had a very good experience with this dental office. The front desk personnel, Christina was very nice. My Hygienist, Paulina was excellent explaining every step of the process. Dr Schock was also very thorough. Great place if you have anxiety. Thanks

I have been a patient of Dentologie for almost a decade and I LOVE them still to this day. Most times when practices have growth like them you lose the level of care, detail and quality but that’s not been my experience at all. I appreciate the entire team - Rosa, Dr. Eric, Kamari and Olivia - for their help this week with a crown. Dr. Eric was attentive and thorough, especially regarding my primary chronic illness. Rosa was a natural and one of the best hygienists I’ve met (and I’ve had a lot of dental work done). Scheduling was a breeze with Kamari despite my work schedules and Olivia was extremely welcoming and supportive. I really appreciate this practice and Stephanie runs are a solid team at the South Loop location.
